Postage and Delivery

Orders to the UK mainland over the value of £25.00 will be posted free of charge. For orders under £25 there will be a standard charge added at the checkout. We will use the best method available for postage which will usually be Royal Mail.

Orders are usually sent by Recorded Delivery (Over £25). For large orders / large packages we will use Parcel Force or the most suitable method as the delivery courier which guarantees delivery and security of the order value. You will be notified when the order is despatched. In stock items are usually sent the same or next working day.

International Shipping

We can provide International Shipping, which will incur an additional shipping charge. Costs can be advised upon request. Please note, most overseas postal services are very reliable, however the UK postal service will not compensate once goods have left the UK Mainland. All additional shipping charges need to be paid before your order can be shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return items in good condition within 14 days for a full no hassle refund (excluding postage). We will refund any money due as soon as we receive the returned product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Clearance Items and Special Offers

In some circumstances the items in the SALE or CLEARANCE sections will not be eligible for an exchange. These items are being sold as end of line stock and cannot be exchanged unless they are found to be faulty. Contact us for more information.

Size Exchanges and Information

We encourage our customers to use the Size Guide available on the store when purchasing items such as clothing or NBA Jerseys, so they can be confident that they are selecting the correct size the first time.

We understand that from time to time items will need to be exchanged. You will need to return the items as laid out in our Returns Information to be eligible for an exchange. We can despatch a replacement to you as soon as the item is received and checked. There is normally no charge for sending a replacement size exchange the first time, but we reserve the right to ask for additional shipping when necessary.
